Systematic whole-body training strengthens both the superficial and especially the deep-lying muscles. The aim is to create balance between strength, mobility and flexibility.
The studio is equipped with equipment from Pilates Design LLC, New York/USA.

Training individually tailored to the specific needs of your body on all Pilates apparatus and the mat. The best possible support guarantees sustainable learning and training success.
Pilates Equipment Classes
Level-appropriate small group training on the Pilates apparatus with a maximum of 4 participants.
Pilates mat classes
Additional training on the mat with a maximum of 6 participants.
Are the trainings also suitable for beginners?
Everyone is welcome at Pilates Time, whether beginners or professional users.
Can I attend the training sessions despite injuries or complaints?
Yes, our many years of experience and in-depth training also enable us to work in rehabilitation. Any health problems will be asked during the first training session and we will work with you to put together an individual training program. If you are unclear, we ask you to consult your doctor.
How often should I train?
We recommend 2-3x per week. Together we will help you find the right mix of training in the studio, exercises at home and other sporting activities.
What should I wear?
Comfortable and tighter training clothing, without zippers and buttons.
What do I need to consider before my first visit?
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before class begins. You can find us in the heart of Baar, at Marktgasse 11. The studio is within walking distance of the Kreuzplatz train and bus station.
